 Question 3 Audiences and producers no longer find the concept of genre relevant to long form television drama. How far do you agree In Long form tv drama, the concept of genres is becoming increasing outdated as producers blend conventions from multiple different areas of media, however, I still believe that genre is relevant in modern media. This can be seen with the  Netflix series Stranger Things where rather than losing the concept of genre all together, have hybridized many genres into its tv show in an attempt to reach a larger audience. This is due to the fact that Netflix are entirely concerned with maximizing profits and must be as appealing to mass audience as possible.
